Most of Your Legal Leads Don’t Convert into Clients. Here’s How to Change That.

Change Legal Leads into Clients
There is a way to get clients for free. If you have a list of everyone that has ever called your office, they were either retained or rejected, you have phone numbers, emails. And as long as you get consent, you can email everyone that’s ever come through your doors or your phone system. And you can text them. Again, you need the consent. This is the biggest thing. But I find that email and text is one of the most underappreciated avenues of getting referrals, of staying top of mind. You’re bound to get someone to call you through referrals or someone just needing help again. These are your contacts. You’ve already paid for them. One way or another, you need to monetize on your data, and you need to stay top of mind. So, I think emailing text is a great way as long, again, as you have consent. You should talk to a lawyer about how to get that type of consent but it’s a low hanging fruit. I tell attorneys all the time. Yeah, let’s get started but how about we do some email and texting, warm up the list, get something on the board. Just get some quick wins.” Hugo E. Gomez, Abogados NOW Founder
