First, I understand your concern. The FCC has requested feedback, and we’ve been advocating for more clarity. Without sufficient input, decisions are made at a high level without fully considering their impact on businesses.

So, what can we do to address this issue? There are alternative methods for capturing consent that might be worth exploring. For example, we could implement a click-to-dial feature or create a dedicated landing page for each business. This approach would allow for a more direct, one-on-one consent process.

While these solutions might affect conversion rates, they offer a way to balance compliance with effective consumer engagement. We need to leverage our marketing creativity to find strategies that ensure we’re capturing valid consent while still appealing to potential customers.”
