B2B Social Media Growth Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Growth Manager to take charge of social media across all three of our businesses. This is a full-time, hands-on role where you’ll manage our Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Your mission: drive follower growth, increase engagement, and maintain consistent, high-quality content that resonates with our B2B audience. You’ll work closely with the B2B team on video scripting, trend research, and content strategy to make sure we’re staying ahead of the curve.

 

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow social media accounts for all three businesses with daily posting and community management

Develop and execute growth strategies that align with each business’s B2B marketing goals and KPIs

Stay up-to-date on the latest platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to keep us relevant and competitive

Analyze performance data and track KPIs (e.g. reach, engagement, follower growth) to inform and adjust strategies for each business

Collaborate on video scripting and trend research to create engaging, on-brand content across all three businesses

Provide strategic input for our presence on all social media platforms: Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube

Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms for each business

 

Ideal Candidate

We’re seeking a Social Media Growth Manager who meets the following qualifications and demonstrates a strong track record of success:

  • Location: Based in the Americas, ensuring time zone alignment and effective collaboration with our teams and clients
  • B2B Experience: Proven success managing social media accounts for B2B companies or professional services, with an understanding of how to create content that resonates with business audiences
  • Performance-Driven: Demonstrated experience working toward KPIs, growth targets, and performance metrics—ideally with examples of follower growth, engagement increases, or other measurable improvements
  • Platform Expertise: Confident managing and growing accounts on:
    • TikTok
    • Instagram
    • YouTube Shorts
    • X (Twitter)
    • Facebook
  • Content & Strategy: Skilled at developing and executing growth strategies tailored to each platform, while ensuring brand voice and messaging remain consistent
  • Trend Awareness: Up-to-date on platform algorithms, industry trends, and best practices, with a knack for identifying and leveraging opportunities to drive engagement and reach
  • Collaboration: Excellent communicator, capable of working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals
  • AI Curiosity: Interested in AI Tools to manage social media posting, content creation, etc. AI focused

 

Position Details

  • Full-time, remote position
    • Must be available during 9am – 5pm PT/CT/ET Hours
  • Opportunity to collaborate closely with leadership and have a direct impact on brand growth
  • Competitive compensation based on experience
