What You’ll Do
Own the Strategy: Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies tailored to B2B audiences.
Launch & Optimize Campaigns: Manage Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ads with precision. Scale what works, scrap what doesn’t.
Test Relentlessly: Run A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, landing pages, and lead magnets to maximize ROI.
Innovate Boldly: Propose and experiment with new ad channels, formats, and tactics to keep us ahead of the curve.
Track & Report: Own performance analytics. Know your numbers and share them confidently.
Ideal candidate
Native or near-native English proficiency
3+ years managing paid media on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
2+ years of managing Zapier automations and/or Hubspot
2+ years running B2B campaigns with clear performance goals
Analytical mindset with strong strategic instincts
Proactive, self-starter attitude—you don’t wait to be told what to do Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity
