Account Executive (B2B Sales)

About the Role

Abogados Now is the #1 Hispanic marketing agency for attorneys and we are looking to add more Account Executives to our growing sales team. **Please note: Speaking Spanish is NOT required for this sales role, as all communications are conducted with attorneys in the U.S. entirely in English.

Since 2017, we have helped over 350 law firms get more cases by running ads targeted to their local Hispanic communities. Join us in our goal to cross 1,000 law firms within the next 2 years.

 

What You’ll Do

You’ll be pitching, following-up, and closing sales with law firms. You’ll first train for up to 2 weeks, then immediately pitch potential clients. We provide inbound leads to all AEs, and you’re expected to produce your own appointments from outbound. Plus:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Conduct virtual meetings and presentations via Zoom
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progression in HubSpot

 

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales in either legal or digital marketing services (kindly do not apply if you do not have this experience)
  • Excellent communication in English speech and writing
  • Experienced with metrics-driven remote sales management

 

Position Details

  • Compensation
    • Total Compensation: $50,000+ annually (base + commission + bonuses)
    • Clear paths to quarter-over-quarter income growth, with a focus on sharpening your closing abilities

 

Hiring Process

  • Two Rounds of Interviews:
    • Round 1 includes role-playing to assess your sales acumen.
    • Round 2 focuses on deeper discussions about fit and goals.
