We’re looking for a Social Media Growth Manager to take charge of social media across all three of our businesses. This is a full-time, hands-on role where you’ll manage our Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Your mission: drive follower growth, increase engagement, and maintain consistent, high-quality content that resonates with our B2B audience. You’ll work closely with the B2B team on video scripting, trend research, and content strategy to make sure we’re staying ahead of the curve.
Manage and grow social media accounts for all three businesses with daily posting and community management
Develop and execute growth strategies that align with each business’s B2B marketing goals and KPIs
Stay up-to-date on the latest platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to keep us relevant and competitive
Analyze performance data and track KPIs (e.g. reach, engagement, follower growth) to inform and adjust strategies for each business
Collaborate on video scripting and trend research to create engaging, on-brand content across all three businesses
Provide strategic input for our presence on all social media platforms: Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms for each business
