Marketing Account Manager

About the Role:

The Marketing Account Manager is a proactive problem solver who thrives on driving client success and growth. You will be the main point of contact for our law firm clients, helping them implement marketing strategies that scale their businesses confidently.

In this role, you’ll manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure marketing projects deliver measurable results. You’ll be hands-on, agile, and passionate about pushing boundaries to maximize outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own client relationships from onboarding through ongoing strategy and execution
  • Develop, present, and manage marketing plans customized for each client’s goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, creative, media buying) to execute integrated campaigns
  • Track campaign results and present insights in regular client meetings
  • Identify upsell opportunities and support client retention efforts
  • Maintain accurate documentation of communications, goals, and project status in our CRM

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for a roster of 8-12 law firm clients
  • Set KPIs and benchmarks for each client and track performance
  • Troubleshoot performance dips, recommend optimizations, and escalate where needed
  • Keep client goals and feedback at the center of our internal processes
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, SEO, and media buying teams
  • Lead monthly and quarterly performance calls with clients
  • Write and maintain client briefs and status updates

  • High client satisfaction (target NPS 80%+)
  • High retention rate (target 90% client renewal)
  • Consistent delivery of measurable campaign results
  • Clear communication and documentation across teams
  • Deep knowledge of clients’ brands and business goals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing account management, preferably in an agency setting
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Experience with paid media, content marketing, or SEO preferred
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
  • Experience using CRM or project management tools (e.g.,
  • HubSpot, Asana, Trello)
  • Comfortable owning results and leading strategic conversations

💼 Compensation

$70,000 – $90,000 based on experience + performance bonuses
