2. Administrative VA

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and deadlines for attorneys and staff.
  • Handle email correspondence and organize digital communication.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

3. Legal VA

Tasks:

  • Conduct legal research and gather information relevant to cases.
  • Draft and proofread legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.

  • Review and summarize case files, deposition transcripts, and discovery materials.
