After just 10 minutes, your chances of qualifying that lead drop off significantly. And after an hour? You’ve likely missed the opportunity altogether.

Legal consumers are impatient by nature — they’re often searching under stress and urgency. If your intake team doesn’t respond quickly and decisively, they’ll move on to the next law firm.

The goal should always be first-call resolution: respond fast, complete the intake, and book the consultation — all on that first call. Each handoff or delay creates an opportunity for the lead to drop off or disengage.
