The Weekly F2F Meeting Method

“Want to grow your practice? Start by booking three face-to-face meetings every week.

That’s it — breakfast, lunch, coffee, dinner. Just get on someone’s calendar for 45 minutes and make it count.

Not sure who to meet with? Start by making a list:

  • People who already refer you business

  • People you know who could refer you business

  • People you don’t know yet — but need to know in your industry or community

Aim for a list of 50 names and begin working your way through it. This isn’t about pitching — it’s about building genuine relationships.

And remember: one meeting isn’t enough. Follow up. Stay in touch. Add value. Relationships take time to grow, and the lawyers who consistently cultivate them are the ones who win long-term.

It’s not flashy. It’s not instant. But it works.

Success in this business isn’t about who you know — it’s about who knows you and trusts you.

Start booking those three meetings. Your future self will thank you.”
