Why Legal Marketing Should Mimic User Content

Legal marketing content should resemble user-generated content. That’s the model we prefer. We create ads that engage consumers, rather than traditional attorney ads—at least not anymore.

By developing an ecosystem that includes user-generated ads, general legal ads, and search ads, we funnel all calls into our lead system, called the Leads Hub. Within our Leads Hub, we can automatically identify which calls have turned into appointments, which have been rejected, and which are pending signature. Ultimately, our focus is on determining which ads the consumer saw that led to them becoming a new client.
