California’s auto liability coverage minimums are increasing in 2025, and with them, case values will rise. That’s not news to most attorneys—but what’s coming next is: increased competition. Think FAQ videos, blog posts, or downloadable guides about the new insurance limits and what drivers need to know. The firms that start early are the ones who will dominate later.
