  • Focus on referrals.

  • Meet one local community leader a week.

But why would we ever suggest such a thing?

Well because buying all these clicks doesn’t buy one thing: trust.

In order to overcome seasonality, you have to work on your relationships.

That means engaging with your community, going to more conferences, and networking with others.

Do the right thing, even if it’s not the scalable thing.
