In this role, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments, connecting with potential clients in both English and Spanish.

– Proactive Outreach: Conduct a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to connect with potential dental industry clients.

 

– Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills when engaging with prospects, making them feel valued and understood.

 

– Sales Expertise: Utilize your sales acumen to effectively communicate our value proposition, creating opportunities for our services.

 

– Bilingual Communication: Fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.

 

– Appointment Setting: Skillfully set appointments with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless transition into our sales pipeline.

– Prior experience in dental sales or a related field is highly desirable.

 

– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.

 

– Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets and quotas.

2 –Executive Assistant in House

Abogados NOW  Long Beach, California, Estados Unidos (in Person) CEO of Long Beach-based marketing agency is looking for an executive assistant! The role will start as part-time and may evolve to full-time. Will start mostly on-site, with remote flexibility.

– Within 10 miles of Long Beach office

– 2 years of professional experience

– Highly organized

– Super personable

– Excellent writing skills

– Experience with Microsoft products, Slack, Zoom, Goolgle Docs, and other cloud-based productivity software

Responsibilities include:

– Managing CEO’s calendar

– Daily email summaries

– Research

– Communicating with contractors

– Managing email inbox

– Data entry

– Manager communications

– Bill payments, purchases

– Onboarding/offboarding team members

– Requesting reports

– Confirming appointments

– General administration

– Sending physical mail
